Blairs Mills was a Morgan county community on Elam Branch of Devils Fork of the Licking River about 15 miles north of West Liberty. It was named for the mill operated by the Blair family on Elam Branch or Devils Fork beginning circa 1837. The name sometimes appears as Blairs Mill. The Blairs Mills post office opened in 1876 and closed in 1986.
