Grassy Lick, Kentucky
Grassy Lick is a Montgomery county community about three miles northwest of Mount Sterling on Grassy Lick Creek. The creek has also been known as Buck Lick Creek and Pasture Lick Creek.
A Rich Valley post office operated in the area from 1869 to 1871. The Grassy Lick post office opened in 1886, was renamed Grassy in 1895, and closed in 1902.
