Centerville was a southeastern Fayette county community on the Cleveland-Chilesburg Road (KY 1973) between Toods Road and Athens-Boonesboro Road. It was settled after the Civil War by formerly enslaved people.

There are, or were, several other Centervilles in Kentucky, including Centerville in Bourbon county.
